1. The Executive Traders Roundtable is a private, invitation-only event for experienced and active traders. It is not beginner training or a public seminar. Participation is subject to internal review and approval by HFM.
2. Attendance requires a qualifying live HFM account with minimum funding requirements at the time of selection. The funding requirement is not an event fee; all funds remain fully owned by you and available for trading or withdrawal according to standard HFM terms and conditions.
3. Participation is strictly by invitation, and it is limited to traders who meet predefined criteria, which may include account funding levels and compliance standing. HFM reserves the sole discretion to approve or decline applicants without obligation to provide reasons.
4. The event is for educational and networking purposes only. All discussions, presentations, and materials are provided for general information only and do not constitute trading advice, financial advice, or recommendations. Participants remain solely responsible for their own trading decisions and risk management.
5. Trading leveraged products involves significant risk and may result in loss of capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Participants acknowledge full responsibility for any trading decisions made before, during, or after the event.
6. Invitations are personal and non-transferable. Attendance is strictly limited, and registration closes once capacity is reached. HFM may operate a waitlist at its discretion.
7. HFM reserves the right to modify the event agenda, speakers, venue, or format, or to cancel the event entirely. In case of cancellation, no compensation is due beyond access to alternative materials or future sessions where applicable.
8. HFM may capture photos, audio, or video during the event for marketing and documentation purposes. By attending, you consent to such use and agree to respect the confidentiality of private discussions and information shared at the event.
9. Participants must behave professionally and comply with applicable laws and HFM policies. HFM may remove any participant whose conduct is deemed inappropriate without compensation.
